Une déambulation patrimoniale au départ de la gare de Toulouse-Matabiau, franchissant le canal du Midi pour rejoindre la basilique Saint-Sernin et le quartier Arnaud-Bernard, puis serpentant par la rue des Lois et Saint-Pierre jusqu'aux quais de la Daurade, avant de traverser les Jacobins, la place du Capitole, les places Esquirol, Saint-Georges et Victor-Hugo, la cathédrale Saint-Étienne, le quartier des Carmes et le Grand Rond avec son jardin des Plantes, pour finir en traversant la Garonne vers Saint-Cyprien.
